Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: 25 August 2026

Welcome to DoctBank. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DoctBank website, platform, and related services.

By accessing or using DoctBank, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1. About DoctBank

DoctBank is an online healthcare appointment and service-booking platform that connects patients with healthcare providers, including doctors, hospitals, clinics, pathology laboratories, radiology centres, and other healthcare service providers.

DoctBank primarily facilitates the discovery and booking of healthcare services.

DoctBank is not a hospital, clinic, diagnostic laboratory, or medical practitioner and does not itself provide medical diagnosis or treatment unless specifically stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a booking.

If you are booking an appointment on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the information required for that booking.

3. Doctor and Healthcare Provider Information

DoctBank may display information about doctors and healthcare providers, including:

Name

Specialty

Qualifications

Registration information, where available

Clinic/hospital information

Location

Consultation fee

Available appointment slots

Other information provided by the healthcare provider

While DoctBank makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, healthcare provider information may change.

Users should verify important information with the healthcare provider when necessary.

4. Appointment Booking

Patients may search for healthcare providers and available appointment slots through DoctBank.

An appointment is considered successfully booked only after the booking process has been completed and the applicable payment has been successfully processed.

Appointment availability is subject to the schedules and confirmation of the respective healthcare provider.

DoctBank cannot guarantee that a healthcare provider will always be available at the selected time.

5. ₹9 Appointment Booking

For eligible appointments, DoctBank may allow patients to reserve an appointment by paying a ₹9 booking amount.

The applicable booking amount will be displayed to the patient before payment.

Where applicable, the remaining consultation fee is payable directly to the doctor, clinic, or healthcare provider at the time of the visit.

The ₹9 booking amount is a booking/reservation amount and should not automatically be considered the doctor's complete consultation fee.

Any applicable refund or cancellation conditions will be displayed during the booking process and/or described in DoctBank's Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Consultation Fees

Healthcare providers may determine their own consultation and service fees.

DoctBank does not control or guarantee the fees charged by independent healthcare providers unless expressly stated.

Patients should review the applicable consultation/service fee before confirming an appointment.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on:

The time of cancellation

The healthcare provider's cancellation policy

The type of service booked

Whether the appointment has already been completed

Payment gateway or transaction conditions

Users should review the applicable cancellation and refund terms before making a payment.

DoctBank reserves the right to investigate disputed transactions before processing refunds.

8. Doctor/Provider Cancellation

A healthcare provider may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unavoidable circumstances.

In such cases, DoctBank may notify the patient and, where applicable, assist with rescheduling or refund processing according to the applicable policy.

DoctBank does not guarantee that an appointment will never be cancelled or rescheduled by a healthcare provider.

9. Patient Responsibilities

Patients are responsible for:

Providing accurate personal information

Providing a valid mobile number and email address where required

Arriving at the clinic/hospital on time
